This is a tag scanning service provided for free. This Beef My Stuff Scans the EAN/UPC Bar Code and identifies the objects that are added to the database.
Yesterday I went for shopping and bought a JAVA Cup which I loved to add to my JAVA collections. This is the JAVA Cup that I bought.

Now I have a lot of collection of Java like Java Bean , Java Cup , Java T.Shirts , And a lot. So I am planning to have a online Data Storage of all the products. For this I am going to use "Beep my Stuff". Let me show my work in steps.

1) Go to http://www.barcodesinc.com/ and in that Services>Free Bar Code Generator and in that select Make a UPC Barcode.



2) In that type in a 12 digit random number and click make bar code. The Bar Code will be generated automatically. Take a Print of the Bar Code and stick it on to your product.



3) Next go to http://www.beepmystuff.com/

Create an account In case you don't have and after signing in go to "Beep" and Scan a barcode with your webcam , automatically the bar code is recognized and the EAN/UPC Code is generated and then you can Add an Item to the database and then you can edit the details. All the items that you scaned will be placed in My Library. Now I have Added my Items to the Online data base with the respected Bar Codes. Now I can place it in the showcase and incase I need to know the details about them It is enough for me to just scan the Bar Code and see the details any where online. Smart isn't it ?
