In this post we will know about How to convert any video to HD quality using a software tool named as " MPEG SQUARED 5 "
MPEG SQUARED 5
MPEG Streamclip is a powerful high-quality video converter, player, editor for MPEG, QuickTime, transport streams, iPod. And now it is a DivX editor and encoding machine, and even a movie downloader.
MPEG SQUARED 5 requires Quick time Player to be installed.
To download MPEG SQUARED 5 go to - MPEG SQUARED 5 DOWNLOAD LINK
SQUARED 5 will be available for both Windows and Mac OS. Download and extract.
After Extracting Run "MPEG_Streamclip.exe". On opening this if you get a message saying that you need to install Quick Time then you need to download Quick time player.

On opening the "MPEG_Streamclip.exe" the MPEG Streamclip window will open which will be similar as below.
Using this you can edit a video , Clip a video , Trim , etc.
To insert any video go to files > Open from Film/Open from DVD/Open from URL and the video can be extracted to any file format.
Supported input formats: MPEG, VOB, PS, M2P, MOD,VRO, DAT, MOV, DV, AVI, MP4, TS, M2T, MMV, REC, VID, AUD, AVR, VDR, PVR, TP0, M2V, M1V, MPV, AIFF, M1A, MP2, MPA, AC3, ...
To convert any video to MPEG 4 (720p HD video) which is supported by youtube
1) Import the video
2) Goto File > Export to MPEG 4
3) Check the "Frame Size to " - "1280 x 720 (HDTV 720p)" and varry the Quality and and Frame Rate and make the MPEG 4 and save to a location.
4) The video will be compressed and the video will be given in HD quality. (Youtube HD Quality)
When these video are uploaded to Youtube it will be shown HD.
