IPL 20 - 20 hosted by INDIA , one of the worlds biggest cricket tournament played with all the worlds biggest players (All Stars). IPL 20-20 was started in the year 2007 and the second session has come back now on 2009. This time the IPL doesn't only rock on the Ground alone but also on the Web.

Yes , After announcing that IPL Fans Club Community is released on the IPL t20 official website just like orkut this community too was filled in with members. This Community is really assume with Photos , Videos , Forum , Group , Blog , Live Match and Chat Room. Not even a week has Gone from starting of DLF IPL 20-20 and the number of members joining the community is already raised to 122,935 and the No. of videos added is arround 104 , Photos arround 3,845.

Nearly 635 posts have been done and 91 groups have been formed. It has a 24hrs Chat Room where it is always filled with minimum of 160+ online. This community has many other features like mail , Alert , and each person can customise their pages of their own wish. The other one I like to say is about Microsoft Silverlight. Silverlight powers rich application experiences wherever the Web works. To view the Silverlight apps you need to have silverlight-2.0 installed. You can get it from http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/resources/install.aspx. At present Silverlight 3.0 Beta is released. Why I am talking about silverlight is that in DLF - IPL community after you become a member you can go to the live match and view the match Live. Doesnt that sounds great ? Yes , In DLF IPL a company named NETLINK Blue have designed the page using Silverlight where it has used Silverlight streaming video player. The player is so great with bit rate.
